The LTE-M, STM32L4 version of the AT&T IoT Starter Kit enables designers to rapidly prototype cellular connected IoT devices utilizing AT&T’s LTE-M network. In this exciting new kit, the versatile STM32L4 Discovery Kit IoT Node is used as the host development board, together with Avnet's proven WNC M14A2A based LTE Cellular Shield plus AT&T's 4G network and cloud services to provide a formidable prototyping platform tailored specifically for the development of competitive, connected IoT products.
The kit includes all the elements required to collect sensor data, connect to the AT&T network, and utilize various cloud services for the management, storage, and analytics of a connected IoT device.
Accelerated development of your embedded application software is assured through the provision of premium-quality Arm® Keil® MDK software development tools, for which special term-limited licensing has been negotiated by Avnet. The rapid development and debugging capabilities of the advanced Keil tools, significantly mitigates the schedule and cost risks faced by software developers face and ensure your new product gets to market as quickly as possible.
On-board ST-LINK debugging & programming hardware means there is also no requirement for a 3rd-party JTAG debug cable.
Cloud application development is supported by AT&T M2X Data Services and Flow Designer, which provide a scalable, reliable and highly secure environment for IoT-focused solutions. Support for additional cloud services from industry partners is also available.
