Board and Connection Error

Hello - I am receiving the following error after following the start kit instruction error.

Error shows up in the Tera Term Windows and repeats & The ATT dashboard does not show any connectivity but the SIM is registered.

Send: AT
[ATOK]
Send: ATE1
[ATE1OK]
Send: AT%PDNSET=1,m2m.com.attz,IP
[AT%PDNSET=1,m2m.com.attz,IPOK]
Send: AT@INTERNET=1
[AT@INTERNET=1OK]
Send: AT@SOCKDIAL=1
[AT@SOCKDIAL=1ERROR]

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Scott,

 

Sorry it is not working correctly for you.  I am not sure what is going on.  Have you upgraded the modem firmware yet?

 

If not please follow the instructions at this link:

Please do not upgrade to LTE-M that might bring other troubles right now.
